||・Promoting IT sales especially to the Japanese company market.
・Keeping good relationship with customers, suppliers and partners.
・Creating leads and opportunities. Closing deals and assuring payments.
・Preparing sales documents (proposal, quotation, invoices, purchase orders, payment vouchers, claims and expenses etc) for completeness and accuracy. Personally following up with discrepancies and resolves problems, as well as negotiating with vendors and suppliers.
・Performing sales administrative duties, filing, book-keeping, and coordination of tasks between suppliers and clients. Manage reports and timely delivery to management.
・Any other sales duties as directed by the Management.
・Researching on the market what kind of product,service is now on-going as IT Trend.
・Developing or introducing new products, developing sales channels and developing new partners in order to achieve sales objectives.
