Provide day-to-day infrastructure and operational support, including remote user support
Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows endpoints, servers, and virtual machines
Administer Active Directory, SCCM, Intune (MDM) and Microsoft 365 services
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot firewalls (Palo Alto and/or FortiGate)
Manage Cisco Meraki devices using the Meraki Dashboard
Perform patching, vulnerability assessments (VA), and security hardening
Support virtualisation platforms such as VMware vSphere and Nutanix, including cluster operations and firmware upgrades
Configure and manage backup and recovery using Veeam
Support endpoint security platforms such as Trend Micro Apex One / Cloud One
Prepare monthly operational reports and maintain technical documentation
Plan and execute change implementations, including after-office-hour work where required
Liaise with external vendors for hardware, subscriptions, and professional services
Participate in POC testing, solution implementation, and technical roadmap execution

Requirements
1. Skill Requirements
•Needs to be able to communicate in Japanese via e-mail or conversation.
• Fundamental knowledge of security and vulnerability-based approach to security hardening.
• Hands-on experience in VMware, Windows Server and standard platform maintenance products such as anti-malware, server backup and log audit software.
• Fundamental knowledge of Cisco LAN and Firewall administration.Native-level Japanese proficiency for business and technical communication, with minimum 2 years’ experience working in a native Japanese-speaking environment
Strong English proficiency to work effectively with Singaporean colleagues, vendors, and stakeholders, with minimum 2 years’ experience working in a English-speaking environment
Hands-on exposure to IT infrastructure products and technologies, supporting in-house systems or Japanese clients
Technical Skills
Experience with Microsoft infrastructure (Windows Server, Active Directory, SCCM, Intune)
Hands-on experience with enterprise firewalls (Palo Alto and/or FortiGate)
Familiarity with Cisco networking (Meraki preferred)
Experience with virtualisation platforms (VMware vSphere and/or Nutanix)
Knowledge of backup and recovery solutions (Veeam preferred)
Exposure to network and endpoint security environments
Education / Professional Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred
Candidates without formal local qualifications may be considered if they possess relevant industry certifications and strong hands-on experience in enterprise IT infrastructure
Professional certifications (e.g. Cisco, Fortinet, network/security-related certifications) will be viewed favourably
Additional Conditions (Client Requirement)
• Establish and maintain a good relationship with stakeholders based on trained interpersonal skills.
2. Experience
• Experience in physical server, virtual server, network and storage systems.
Highly welcome: Supporting IT infrastructure in a middle size organization (approx. 200 staffs) with at least 3 years of technical delivery experience.
3. Education/Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in information technology, Computer Science and equivalent.
• ITIL v3 Foundations Certification is an advantage.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities.
