Account Management Conduct regular follow-up with existing clients through on-site visitations. Identify customer needs, challenges, and propose suitable logistics solutions. Monitor service quality and coordinate with internal teams to ensure continuous improvement. Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and complaints.
Sales Activities Manage contract renewals, negotiate service agreements, and drive additional business opportunities (cross-sell/upsell). Handle RFQs from headquarters or overseas offices. Prepare quotations, presentations, and support contract documentation. Coordination & Internal Communication Work closely with operations, customer service, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects. Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, and other external partners as required.
Reporting & Review Monitor account performance and prepare sales reports. Participate in KPI reviews, quarterly business reviews,and client meetings.
