· Work on executing M＆A projects (ITDD/PMI), IT Audit related projects, to provide technical analysis, observation, resolution as subject matter experts in Infrastructure and security.
· Assess IT environment, identify gaps and risk and provide insights/recommendations on mitigations and develop key due diligence and audit deliverables for external clients by facilitating discussions through meetings and various communication tools with multiple global stakeholders.
· Ensure smooth projects’ delivery within timelines, manage resources appropriately and coordinate with project members including internal, external stakeholders
· Undertake necessary business meetings, travels, regular communications with internal members, potential deal targets, and external consultants.
· Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned as Consultant Pool resource |

Experience in Mergers and Acquisitions services, particularly on IT Due Diligence,IT Audit,and IT Cyber Security, preferably in Infrastructure expert but not limited to
At least 5 years of experience in providing advisory services in the strategy, design, configuration, such as infrastructure related projects and/or ERP implementation projects
At least 5 years of experience in working with clients to translate business requirements into IT solutions |
