募集要項	Education: Degree from any recognized University Experience: 1.At least 3 years experience with Transaction Banking and/or Bank Payments domain for multiple APAC countries.(nice to have) 2. Knowledge of full software development life cycle (Must) 3. Experience with web-based and business process software systems implementation (nice to have) Knowledge: - Familiar with project management concepts, have experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and vendors across multiples countries (Must) - Have working experience in Japanese Company/Project Experience dealing with Japanese Company - Proficient in Japanese and English, to communicate with Japanese-speaking or English-speaking stakeholders and technical documents written in Japanese or English. Aptitude: - Be a self-starter, and able to work independently - Issue escalation to the right person promptly - Ability to work effectively as individual or with a team to understand and interpret requirements leading to technical implementation. - Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure, meet deadlines, multitask and to prioritize tasks effectively.
