-Provide customers with timely, professional, efficient and effective technical expertise in system development, testing and implementation of application systems.
-Participating in preparing project proposals and estimates for new system development project
-Managing application system developer partners in performance tuning of applications to achieve response time expectation
-Create and maintain technical documentation to eusure efficient planning and execution.
-Supervise the application systems, ensure the functional specifications and business requirement are fullfilled, project are completed on time and within budget.
-Work closely with system analysis & design vendors and infrastructure teams to ensure timely development and performance of applications |

| 募集要項 |
-Minimum 5 years of experience in IT system analysis & design, system architecture, development, implementation, documentation and project management.
-Strong understanding of applications and business workflows.
Experience with both waterfall and agile development methodologies is preferred.
-Strong experience and skills in project management, vendor management and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
-Good team player and proactive attitude.
-Good verbal and written communication skills.
-Good analytical and problem solving skills.
-Strong knowledge in programming languages.
-Basic knowledge on LAN/WAN, systems, virtualization and Wintel services. |
