•Lead and manage a group of consultants from system development, consulting, software application and infrastructure (hardware and network) support teams.
•Identify, propose and set the strategic direction, planning and execution of the technical and service delivery functions for customer projects.
•Possess full responsibilities in providing leadership and delivering customer-facing project management services for the benefit of all projects. This includes, but not limited to, the following project management job functions:-
・Lead the internal teams to develop project proposals, charters, and benefit analysis
・Develop WBS, schedule, and cost estimates for specific opportunities
・Set up project management functions and delivery methodology adoption on specific projects
・Provide tactical hands-on, in-progress project manager assistance and provide status reports and project quality reviews
・Post-project management review and knowledge transfer
・Project manager coaching, training and mentoring
•Keep current on latest IT technologies, trends, best practices, IS Standards & Methodologies and Certifications
•Support the management and work with other departments on corporate IT needs, planning, budgeting, growth and expansion.
•Certified IT Project Manager (CITPM)/ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
•Good grasp of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts and Continuous Improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma, LEAN).
