||1. Technical Expertise
•Demonstrate good knowledge and techinical proficiency such as Microsoft Azure, , Intune, Windows 10 feature and hardening,VMware Horizon, Active Directory.
•Lead on‐going technology projects for end user workspace to enhance the experience of collaboration, mobility, performance, security, and service level.
•Contribute to the development of the digital workspace and desktop engineering.
•Provide expertise to regional teams and collaborate with Japan head office stakeholders.
2. Risk and Control
•Provide timely escalation and resolution of major issues to Management and Head Office teams.
3. Client and Stakeholder Engagement
•Face internal business and other stakeholders to understand business requirements for end‐user services, design and implement new solution or enhancements to the
user working experience
•Partner with customer’s planning section to ensure alignment of all platform architecture processes, standards, strategies and roadmap.
•Function as a solution architect with the responsibility to realize customer’s target architectures and coordinate with internal teams, partners/vendors and key

domain including solution, planning, delivery of projects and operation escalation.
1. Skill Requirements
•Intensive knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Windows 10 desktop engineering from solution, architect and security perspectives.
•Strong knowledge on MS O365, Group Policy, AD Trusts, AD Sites and Services, DNS, DHCP, and DFS
•Strong knowledge in End User Technology Services including: Virtual Desktop Delivery Services, Email, File, Print, Instant Messaging, Unified Communications Tools, Mobile Device
•Knowledge in ID authentication architecture to achieve Single Sign On between on‐premise and private cloud environment.
•6‐8 years of experience supporting IT End User Service in a large organization.
•Proven experience in solution, architecture, design for desktop OS engineering, virtualization.
•Proven experience in collaboration and workgroup for project delivery
•Prior working experience as an IT professional in banking or
financial institution is an advantage.
•Bachelor’s Degree in information technology, Computer Science and equivalent.
•Industry certifications: possession of Microsoft certification related to Intune (MS 365 mobility and security, or Managing Modern Desktops, or Modern Desktop Administrator),
MS Azure certification, MCSA/MCSE. Others VMware certification, Security certifications and CCNA certification are desired for the role
•Knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows 10 OS control
