In Japan, where "Instagenic" won 2017 Japan buzzword award, "Insta-view" (Instagram Interview) has been getting popular as the employment process.

It is useful for companies to see the candidates' creativity and unique sense by checking their instagram exhibition.

Job seekers personalities and communication skills can be seen through the instagram's commenting activities.

"Those who have many followers are immediately profitable to company as they bring in fans together upon joining us", commented the hiring manager in the fashion industry, responding to the NHK TV interviewer.

We do not often hear the word "Insta-view" here in Singapore, but screening the candidate's SNS is getting more common.
