2016 Singapore monthly salary ranking report

by recruitment service company Kelly Services

The salary for IT and accounting positions ranks in the top, reported Kelly Service's annual salary suver report last month.

Here are the top 5 results:

1.IT
As Singapore ranks as the 2nd most network-ready country in the world and the 1st in Asia, talent demands from infocomm services companies are always high.
Web Developers are reported to take home around $3,500 to $5,500.
Technology heads earn up to $24,000.

2.Accounting
The accounting sector in Singapore remains strong as the country plans to be a leading global accountacy hub in the Asia Pacific region.As such, hiring outlook has been positive.
An accounts execcutive can earn around $3,500.
Chief financial officers and finance directors can take home up to $20,000.

3.Sales and marketing
Digital marketing and 3D animation contents are expected to show the growth in 2016.
3D animator can earn between $3,500 and $5,000.
General managers in such SMEs can take home up to $18,000.

4.Banking and finance
Growth in the banking industry is expected low due to lower growth in China, says Kelly Services.
However, analyst positions across the industry can earn around $5,000 thanks to the Monetary Authority of Singapore's commitment.
Vice presidents who manage risk and compliance can earn up to $17,000.

5.Healthcare and life science
There is a high demand for skills in this sector as Singapore has been a key home baseto over 30 of the world's leading biomedical science companies.
The minimum saraly for an assistant chemist is $2,500.
R&D director can earn up to $15,000.
