||The roles and Responsibilities
-Plan, develop and implement the overall HR function policies and guidelines to meet business objectives.
-Play a key role in the senior management team in strategic planning, objective setting, HR resource implementation and change management.
-Provide strategic and operational HR support for various projects and meet the business requirements.
-Review and implement HR practices and operations to increase efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes which adhere to employment regulations and industry practices.
-Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, payroll, talent management, people development and succession planning.
-Productivity, HR budgeting, selection, talent retention and other HR related matters.
-Provide counsel to management regarding employee relations’ and union issue to derive and implement solutions for a win-win approach
